On the 2060 streets of Detroit, there are no second chances.

Merit Cloud, a Detroit SWAT operative, believes in wiping criminals out and enforcing his own version of justice. Drug dealers, gangsters, weapon smugglers, Merit has seen it all—until he encounters Phantom, a violent super soldier part of an organization called the Syndicate of Earth.

The brutal encounter leaves Merit mutilated and several of his fellow squadmates dead. He swears vengeance will be his. After a seemingly routine procedure for a sleep enhancer, he unexpectedly gains nanotech-based superhuman abilities himself. Now it’s an even playing field.
